अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते ।
तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम् ॥ 9.22 ॥

Transliteration:
Ananyāś cintayanto māṁ ye janāḥ paryupāsate
Teṣāṁ nityābhiyuktānāṁ yogakṣemaṁ vahāmyaham.

Meaning:
“For those who meditate on Me with single-pointed devotion and worship Me constantly, I personally carry what they lack and preserve what they have.”

At OJASWIN YOGA SCHOOL, our mission is to share the ancient sacred wisdom of Yoga — the true nectar of Yoga — as illumined by the revered Himalayan sages and masters, including Adi Jagat Guru Shankaracharya and Sage Patanjali. We honour and imbibe the teachings of the Yoga Sutras alongside timeless scriptures such as the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Yajnavalkya, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and Advaita Vedanta — all deeply rooted in the Indian yogic tradition.

Is Yoga just another commercialised health trend, fitness regime, disintegrating its authenticity and profound cultural spiritual significance?

In many places, yes. The rich tapestry of an approximately 8,000-year-old wisdom tradition — flowing from the Indus–Saraswati (Harappan) civilisation into the Vedic and classical Yoga streams — is at risk of dilution amid the surge of purely fitness-focused interpretations.
